The client had a concrete frame with polycarbonate panels on top as shading. Unfortunately, the terrace underneath them was very overheated and it was impossible to sit underneath them even in weak sunshine, let alone in summer. But we fixed the bioclimatic pergola in a concrete base and now the family enjoys the terrace even in strong sun and rain.

At sea, when temperatures are even warmer, a canopy on the terrace is a must. However, not every shade is suitable for seaside weather conditions. A wooden canopy is not a permanent solution because of the salt, and umbrellas are useless because of the wind. Our customer therefore chose the Soltec quality Agava pergola, which works perfectly in seaside weather conditions. When the slats open, the air circulates and it is pleasant to sit under the pergola even in hot summer temperatures. The customer later decided to add glass panels so that the bioclimatic pergola could also be used in autumn and winter.

In Domžale city, Slovenia we did the project Soltec bioclimatic pergola Agava for the home terrace.

The terrace was previously useless as it had no canopy. The owners decided to add a Soltec bioclimatic pergola to the new building to protect them from the rain and the strong sun. However, as they have a terrace in front of the living room, it was important for them to be able to let in as much light as possible during the winter. They therefore decided to choose a bioclimatic pergola with rotating slats rather than a conventional canopy.

Projekt Balkoni

Tijekom godina realizirali smo mnoge velike građevinske projekte. Neki od posebno zanimljivih nalaze se u Francuskoj.

Za ovaj projekt izradili smo 1218 balkona s odvodnim sustavom integriranim kroz središnji nosivi stup.

Ograde za balkone dizajnirane su u svrhu rekonstrukcije fasade na 5 stambenih zgrada, od kojih svaka ima 18 stanova. Ograda se sastoji od aluminijske konstrukcije koja je pričvršćena na armiranobetonske zidove i ploče postojećih zgrada. Postojeće armiranobetonske ograde morale su se ukloniti i zamijeniti novom konstrukcijom. Ključni elementi postojećeg arhitektonskog rasporeda i dizajna pažljivo su sačuvani.

Balkoni su izrađeni od aluminijskih cijevi i zavareni posebnom robotskom procedurom koja omogućuje precizno i čisto zavarivanje aluminijskih profila. Nakon zavarivanja, profili se plastificiraju (prašno boje), a svi rezani rubovi dodatno su zaštićeni.

Na balkonu je osiguran odvod vode s terase.

Središnji stup ima funkciju odvoda (žlijeba) za vodu.

Balkoni su pričvršćeni na postojeći betonski zid.

The biggest bioclimatic Pergola in Europe

For our client – car dealership company in Switzerland, we made the biggest bioclimatic pergola in Europe.

Our customer first wanted a fixed canopy, but he didn’t want his cars to always be in the shade. Because that way he wouldn`t be able to present them to the costumers in the best way possible. He was looking for a solution that would give his cars safety when he needed it and a lot of light when he wanted it. Solution was Soltec. Our team of experts has taken on the project and designed the largest bioclimatic pergola in Europe.

Soltec bioclimatic pergola is fully automatic and the blades rotate according to the position of the sun. It also has sensors for rain and wind, so the costumer never has to worry, as the blades open and close automatically, according to the weather.

We have completed the project from concept to design, structural engineering, manufacturing and installation.

Ljubljana, Slovenija – Fakultet za kemiju i kemijsko inženjerstvo te Fakultet za računarstvo i informatiku, aluminijska fasada s lamelama za zaštitu od sunca.

Slovenija – Sustav aluminijskih brisoleja za zaštitu od sunca

Za našeg klijenta – Fakultet za kemiju i kemijsku tehnologiju te Fakultet za računarstvo i informatiku – Soltec je razvio i realizirao projekt po mjeri, koji uključuje sustav aluminijskih lamela za zaštitu od sunca (brisoleje).

Na pročeljima zgrada integriran je horizontalni sustav brisoleja, osmišljen za učinkovitu zaštitu od izravnog sunčevog zračenja, uz istovremeno očuvanje prirodnog osvjetljenja u unutarnjim prostorima. Zahvaljujući preciznoj orijentaciji i nagibu lamela, postignuta je optimalna ravnoteža između zasjenjivanja, ventilacije i vizualne prozračnosti – što doprinosi energetskoj učinkovitosti i udobnosti korisnika prostora.

Aluminijske lamele otporne su na vremenske uvjete i ne zahtijevaju posebno održavanje, što ih čini dugoročnim rješenjem za javne objekte. Njihov minimalistički i suvremeni izgled estetski se uklapa u arhitektonski koncept zgrada i dodatno doprinosi prepoznatljivosti sveučilišnog kampusa.

Projekt je ostvaren u bliskoj suradnji s arhitektima i investitorom, potvrđujući Soltecovu sposobnost razvoja prilagođenih rješenja za složene arhitektonske izazove.

Fasada površine 6000 m² uključuje 70 tona čelika i 80 tona aluminija. Sustav automatski upravljane fasade pruža učinkovitu zaštitu od pregrijavanja objekta, dok su prostori istovremeno dobro osvijetljeni prirodnim svjetlom zahvaljujući visokoj transparentnosti. Projektu smo pristupili holistički.

Studenti i profesori fakulteta sada mogu uživati u sigurnom hladu dinamične fasade Solteca.
