The dynamic façade is made up of alu folding panels filled with perforated sheet metal Type FP 44 and wood rotating sunbreakers Type XL 500.
In Sotec, a team of technologists carefully prepared the entire documentation, our production manufactured the products and finally in Paris, our installation team carefully installed the dynamic façade.
It will enable residents of the new neighborhood to have a high quality of living.
We just finished a project of a facade with sunbreakers, which ensure an important effect on Daylighting Performance and Energy Consumption.

We have successfully completed a wonderful project in Paris – LIFTING WOODEN PANELS.
In cooperation with the French construction company,
Soltec developed, produced and delivered lifting wooden panels.
The Bioclimatic Pergola Agava XL is the perfect solution for covering very large areas, such as restaurants. It offers maximum comfort of outdoor living.
With the use of steel profiles in the XL Pergola structure, we gained more freedom in designing the perfect solution – greater spans, less visible columns, bigger overhangs and an elegant and sleek look. To the pergola we added LED lights, heaters and glass panels. We wish Swedish restaurant many satisfied guests throughout the year.

We were on Adriatic gastro show, proudly presenting our BIOCLIMATIC PERGOLA AGAVA XL.
With pergola Agava XL, model launched in 2017, we present the innovative concept for HoReCa market – excellent quality with an attractive design. For covering extra big surfaces, with great performances also for strong windy area by the croatian sea.
From 2nd to 6th of November 2015 we will be happy to welcome you on our stand at Batimat fair.
They offer numerous possibilities for the use of various colours and materials, which can be utilised to blur or emphasise the boundaries between the glass and the facade. The panels provide the building with effective protection against overheating by preventing solar heat from passing into the building. The transparency of the panels depends on which fillings are used. They are resistant to wind and provide a high level of protection against burglary, so they are often used on buildings where this is especially important.
The structure of hinged push up panels consists of various aluminium profiles and guide rails. It is then completed with materials such as aluminium lamellas of varying shapes and sizes, wooden lamellas of varying shapes and sizes, full or perforated aluminium sheets with patterns according to the wishes of the client.
