The dynamic façade featuring Soltec motorised folding panels elegantly combines shading, privacy, and modern aesthetics. Made from extruded aluminium with a wood-effect finish, the panels open silently up to 180° using linear motors, allowing precise control over light, warmth, and privacy.
Thanks to advanced motor synchronisation, integration with the smart home system, and uncompromising execution, this façade became a key element in the successful transformation of the building—one that respects its historical context while expressing a contemporary spirit. The renovation was nominated for the Czech National Architecture Award.
