Nanterre, France – ALU Balconies, ALU Sunbreakers
The renovation of the residential complex in Nanterre brought much more than technical upgrades – it created a brighter, more pleasant, and contemporary living environment.
The façade features fixed aluminum brise-soleils in a compact format, innovatively arranged to serve not only as architectural accents but also as functional elements. They provide effective shading, weather protection, and a sense of privacy while maintaining visual connection to the outside. Between them, glass railings reinforce openness and a seamless link to the outdoors.
This project is a clear example of how thoughtful architectural elements can enhance quality of life while preserving the spatial identity.
