Great ideas need the right space and equipment to come to life. Our 4,500 m² production facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, ensuring an efficient workflow that boosts both productivity and precision. Advanced metal processing equipment plays a key role in this.

• CNC machining centres & double-head saws – The foundation of precise manufacturing. Our modern CNC milling and drilling machines enable high-precision processing of aluminium and steel profiles, ensuring full component repeatability for quick assembly and long-lasting structural stability. With high-speed processing and automated programming, we optimise material use and minimise waste.
• Laser cutting – A state-of-the-art fibre laser system ensures extremely precise and fast cutting of metal components. It can handle complex shapes without the need for additional mechanical processing, saving time and reducing costs. The minimal heat impact preserves material integrity and guarantees exceptionally clean, deformation-free cuts.
• Robotic welding system – Our experienced welders use advanced robotic welding technology, allowing precise programmed welding patterns for exceptionally strong and aesthetically perfect joints. Robotic welding increases structural strength, minimises human error, and ensures consistent quality in every weld. Our welding process is ISO 3834 certified, meaning every joint meets the highest industry standards for durability and quality.

Our strategic location in Dobova, right next to the motorway, enables fast and efficient delivery to key markets in Slovenia, Croatia, and Austria. This ensures optimal logistical support for projects of all sizes.

Everything in One Place – From Idea to Perfection

The best solutions don’t happen by chance – we plan them carefully. Every project starts with our team analysing customer requirements, followed by the creation of technical drawings, structural calculations, and 3D models. Production is divided into specialised sectors, ensuring optimal workflow and maximum efficiency. Every phase – from material preparation to logistics – is carried out in dedicated production areas, guaranteeing top quality and precision. Once the plans are approved, our production process begins:

• Material cutting – The process starts with precise cutting of aluminium profiles, slats, and other components. Our CNC machines and laser cutting systems ensure perfectly fitting parts while minimising waste, guaranteeing high quality and optimal material usage.
• Welding – After cutting, the next step is welding. We combine expert craftsmanship with advanced robotic welding systems, while certified welders supervise and adjust the process where needed to ensure the highest quality.
• Coating – All components undergo a powder coating process, carried out in collaboration with certified partners. The process meets Swiss Qualicoat 2 standards. For demanding projects, we offer Seaside Protect, which provides exceptional resistance to weather conditions, UV exposure, and corrosion. A variety of colour options are available to enhance the product’s aesthetics.
• Pre-assembly and testing – To ensure fast and efficient on-site installation, we pre-assemble components before delivery. This includes checking part compatibility, testing moving elements, and conducting quality control. This approach eliminates installation issues and reduces setup time at the customer’s location.
• Packaging and logistics – Once the product has passed all production and quality control phases, it is carefully packaged for safe transport. Our efficient logistics allow for fast delivery across Slovenia and international markets. Our certified installers ensure precise and professional installation, guaranteeing flawless execution and long-term reliability.
