COMPLAINT OR SERVICE REQUEST

To ensure a fast and efficient resolution process, please follow the steps below:

1) Submit a complaint / service request
Fill out the online form below.

2) Add supporting materials
Please attach the following to the form:

  • product project number
  • detailed description of the issue
  • photos or videos

Supporting materials are required to process your service request.

3) Information and questions
For additional information regarding your case, please contact Mr Janez Tominšek at +386 40 296 600.
(Also available via Viber and WhatsApp from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and Fridays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.)

4) Office hours
Official office hours for processing service requests are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

5) Service technician assignment
Once we receive your request together with all required materials, it will first be reviewed by our Quality Department. If necessary, we will contact you for additional information or visual materials. We will then confirm the service appointment based on the regionally coordinated technician schedule and send it to you by email.

Your request will be resolved within the legally prescribed timeframe.
