Process for submitting a complaint or service request

For quick and efficient processing, please follow the steps below:

 

1) Submit a complaint / service request
Fill out the online form below or send a message to servis@soltec.si, via Viber or WhatsApp at +386 40 296 600.

2) Attach documentation
Please make sure to include the following with your email or form submission:

  • product project number

  • detailed description of the issue

  • photos or videos

This documentation is required to process your service request.

3) Information and inquiries
For additional information regarding your case, you may contact Mr. Janez Tominšek at +386 40 296 600

4) Business hours
Official service request processing hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
